Job Title: Case Manager

Hours: 9am – 3pm Monday-Friday

Salary: 21,000pa

Who We Are

Boulter Mortgages opened our doors in June 2023 in Dorking and recently opened our new office in Cranleigh. As we grow I'm looking for a new Case manager based in our Cranleigh Office.  

 

The Case Manager plays a critical role in supporting the smooth and efficient processing of clients mortgages and insurance. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within established procedures.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Submitting new mortgage applications.

• Keeping client files and documentation up to date

• Communicate with lenders, borrowers, estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders.

• Resolve any issues that may arise during the mortgage process.

 

Requirements

• Confidence with Business Systems such as Microsoft and CRM System

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• The ability to think on your feet to resolve issues quickly

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong time-management skills.

• Comfortable on the phone to lenders and clients alike
