Our Story
I personally went through the purchase journey for my first property in the UK in 2021 and found the process baffling. That was a surprise to me as my career was in finding and structuring large, complex technology sales.
It seemed that a home purchase should be pretty straightforward. I soon learned that buying a house was filled with a lot more emotion and with so many more moving parts, I simply didn't know how to navigate it.
My Mortgage Advisor really helped me through it, whether my questions were about the financing, or any other aspect. I really appreciated the help and I knew that I wanted to become a part of this industry.
This planted the seed and made me wonder how buying a home could be made more transparent and easier to manage, especially while working full time and with all the other responsibilities that life brings.
Later that year I decided to take the leap and obtain my qualifications, to change my focus to the property industry.
With a strong background in technology, I already had a good understanding of best-in-class business operations, the processes that drive efficiency and optimise client journeys.
My goal was, and continues to be, to build a business that makes buying or remortgaging homes quicker, easier and more enjoyable.
After extensive training and gaining industry experience, I opened Wolfe & Co Mortgage Advice (previously Boulter Mortgages) in June 2023.
Since then we have built a family here with the additions of Kelly (Case Manager) & Yasmin (Mortgage Broker).
Our clients are the centre of everything we do. We're still guided by our original goal: to be trusted advisors, find the best possible financial outcomes and provide support at every stage.
